Product information
PAM-FORM allows you to model a wide range of processes including:
- Stamping with two hard molds
- Rubber stamping
- Stamping synthetic materials
- Diaphragm simulation is formed during pre-chamber
- Many other applications
This module can be used to predict phenomena such as:
- Yarn orientation
- Thickness distribution
- Optimization of the initial flat sample
- Deformation
- Tension
- Bridging locations
- Wrinkled
In addition, these results are available at the level of materials that are water-resistant, impact-resistant, as well as at the multi-layered level, eg allowing you to predict a crease that occurs inside the product.
PAM-FORM includes material models for non-oriented yarns UD (UniDirectional), NCF (Non Crimp Fabric), textiles, dry textiles, pre-heat and organo panels.
With PAM - FORM / manufacturing defects are eliminated and product quality improves before product development, before any stages are cut, thanks to optimization of the following areas:
- Tool speed
- Cycle temperature and pressure
- Clamping conditions and force
- Material placement sequence and layer orientation
- Tool design
Simulations can also be used post-process to correct production problems after they have been identified.
